Pascoag Utility District filed on July 7, 2012 an application to implement revised rates designed to collect additional revenues of $584,145 or 7.53% over test year revenues. The application includes direct case testimony and the Filing Requirements in conformance with Section II of PUC Rules:

Settlement Agreement between Pascoag Utility District and the Division of Public Utilities on rate application. The Agreement provides Pascoag wi/th additional revenues of $513,963 or 6.7% over total rate year reveneus at present rates.
