PUC issues Order No. 19108 approving NGrid's proposed Renewable Energy Standard ("RES") rate of 0.062 cents per kWh effective January 1, 2007, NGrid's RES Procurement Plan and directing NGrid to file a proposed 2008 RES Procurment Plan by November 15, 2007. Written Order issued 10/17/07.

• PUC issues Notice of Hearing - A hearing was held on October 6, 2006 which at that time no decision was made. A decision is pending the submission of National Grid's procurement plan on how it will comply the RES Standard. The procurement plan will be file in early November.

• At open meeting on December 7, 2006 the PUC considered National Grid's proposed RES charge and decided as follows:
  1. to adopt a RES charge of 0.062¢ per kWh on an interim basis pending review of the Company's RES Procurement Plan, effective for billing 1/1/07;
  2. that the Company show the RES charge as a sepearate line item on customer bills;
  3. that the Company explain by footnote on the bill, that the RES charge is mandated by law;
  4. that the Company should keep a separate reconciliation for RES.
